SOPs, FAQs, and product notes often live in Notion before they reach your storefront. This guide connects Notion to Asa and trains only the pages you choose.

Connect your Notion account

Navigate to Add Content in the sidebar, open the Apps tab, and click Connect on the Notion card.

A Notion sign-in window opens. Sign in with the workspace account that owns the pages you want to train, then approve Asa’s access request.
Authorizing Notion does not train Asa on your content yet. You choose which pages to train in the next step.

Choose pages and train

After OAuth completes, the Allow Asa to access these Notion pages dialog opens automatically.

Select the pages you want Asa to learn from, then click Proceed. Training usually takes 1–2 minutes depending on how much content you selected.
Go to Manage Content and confirm your Notion sources appear with a Trained status.

Add more pagesOn the Notion card, open the Connected menu and choose Manage integration to open the page picker again.
Retrain after editsUpdate the page in Notion, then retrain from Manage Content so Asa uses the latest version.
